Plaintiff, Marcie Davis, filed a complaint with the Louisiana Division of Administration requesting an investigation and the appointment of a medical review panel. Mrs. Davis alleged malpractice against the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center — Shreveport ("LSUHSC").
