Marion Pringle was convicted of armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was acquitted of making terroristic threats. Pringle was sentenced to life in prison for the armed robbery, twenty years concurrent for the aggravated assault, twenty years concurrent for the kidnapping, and five years on the firearm offenses, to be served consecutively...
