OPINION BY ORIE MELVIN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Trevor Lewis, appeals from the judgment of sentence1 imposed following his convictions in a jury trial for aggravated assault and simple assault.2 On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency and weight of the evidence as well as the discretionary aspects of sentencing.
