Petitioner Abraham Brima Bah seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) denial of his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture. In denying asylum, the BIA held that Bah failed to demonstrate past persecution. As a result, the BIA placed the burden on Bah to prove a well-founded fear of future persecution based on existing country conditions...
