BENTON, Circuit Judge.

Mindy Leigh Bloom sued her former employer, Metro Heart Group of St. Louis, Inc., claiming retaliatory discharge for exercising rights under the Missouri Workers' Compensation Act, as well as violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The district court1 granted summary judgment to Metro. Bloom appeals. Jurisdiction being proper under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
