After the district court1 denied his motion to suppress the marijuana seized from his vehicle, Obed Rodriguez-Lopez pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(viii).
