Forest Products Industries, Inc. (Forest) brokered food packaging materials for Malnove, Inc. (Malnove) to ConAgra Foods, Inc. (ConAgra). After ConAgra decided it no longer would work through brokers, Malnove offered Forest $100,000 to release it from any obligations under the brokerage agreement, which Forest accepted.
