¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) appeals from the trial court's order granting Deon Williams's writ of habeas corpus. The Commonwealth contends that it adduced enough evidence to establish a prima facie case of Persons not to Possess Firearms. See 18 Pa.C.S. § 6105.
