PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Jonathon Carl SCHEIDLER, Defendant-Appellant.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 19, 2005 judgment of the Court of Appeals, 2005 WL 900556, is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

CAVANAGH and KELLY, JJ., would remand this case to the Ogemaw Circuit Court for an evidentiary hearing on defendant's claims of juror bias regarding juror Burgher.
