[¶ 1] In November 2003, a jury found Travis Chauncey (the appellant) guilty of two felonies: one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance to a person under eighteen years of age in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 35-7-1031(a)(i), 35-7-1036(a), and 35-7-1042 (LexisNexis 2005); and one count of delivery of a controlled substance to a person under eighteen years of age in violation of Wyo. Stat.
