Charles Lassiter filed a claim with the State Board of Workers' Compensation (the "Board") seeking temporary total disability ("TTD") benefits, alleging that his disabling injury resulted from an automobile accident arising out of his employment. Prior to the adjudication of this claim, Mr. Lassiter committed suicide.
