WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Jerwaskay Keener, was charged by grand jury indictment with two counts of aggravated rape, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:42(4). Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pled guilty to two counts of the reduced charge of simple rape, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:43. The district court sentenced defendant to serve 25 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence for the first count and 15 years at hard labor...
