NATURE OF CASE

Jerry Pachunka brought the present negligence action against Rogers Construction, Inc., for injuries suffered as a result of a fall while exiting a house built by Rogers Construction. A jury found in favor of Rogers Construction, and Pachunka timely appealed. We moved the case to our docket pursuant to our authority to regulate the caseloads of the Nebraska Court of Appeals and that of this court. See Neb.Rev.Stat. § 24...
