PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right a grant of summary disposition to defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8), as well as the subsequent denial of plaintiff's motion to amend his complaint. This case arose when defendant terminated plaintiff's employment after plaintiff reported defendant to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). We affirm.
