Appellant was convicted, after trial, of two counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child. Prior to trial, he pled guilty to one count of resisting arrest without violence. He was sentenced as a habitual felony offender to 30 years in the Department of Corrections on Count I, fifteen years on Count II (sentences to run consecutively) and time served on the misdemeanor count.
