Appellant Jason Davidson offered expert testimony at trial to the effect that he was acting involuntarily when he shot and killed Samuel Creekmore. The trial court instructed the jury on the issue of voluntariness, but rejected Davidson's tendered instruction specifically defining "voluntary" and including voluntariness as an element of the crime.
