The defendant, Wallace A. Woods ("Woods"), appeals his convictions for robbery and burglary of an occupied conveyance. Prior to trial, Woods filed a motion to suppress the out-of-court identification by the victim. Woods seeks reversal of his convictions based upon the trial court's failure to hold an evidentiary hearing and to rule on his motion prior to commencement of the trial.
