This is an appeal from two orders granting respondent's petition for expungement of records in four criminal cases. Appellant State of Minnesota argues that the district court abused its discretion by granting the expungement of all criminal records in two cases that were dismissed in exchange for respondent's guilty pleas in two other cases.
