This is a lawyer disciplinary proceeding brought against Desiree Lynnette Albers by the Lawyer Disciplinary Board (the "Board") arising from formal charges issued against Respondent on April 17, 2003, alleging the violation of Rule 8.4 of the West Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct.
