In the general election of 2004, Arizona voters approved Proposition 200. That initiative made significant changes to Arizona's voter registration scheme. Plaintiffs challenge some of those changes as contrary to federal law and ask the Court to issue a temporary restraining order preventing Arizona officials from enforcing Proposition 200.
