In this workers' compensation action, it was undisputed that claimant was injured while in the course and scope of his employment. Following videotape surveillance, employer subsequently terminated benefits pursuant to La. R.S. 23:1208. Employer now appeals from a judgment ordering a reinstatement of claimant's benefits. We affirm.
