Meredith Daly appeals the superior court's dismissal of her complaint, in which she sought to set aside her release of the claims that she had asserted against Anne Mueller individually and as executor of an estate in a prior probate action. Daly argues that by understating the aggregate value of the estate and of certain nontestamentary gifts in the release, Mueller had fraudulently induced Daly into executing the release of those claims...
