C.W. and J.W., the father and mother of M.W., challenge the trial court's order that granted long-term custody of the child to her relative custodian and terminated supervision by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF). We affirm the trial court's conclusion that reunification was not in the best interest of the child, but reverse the order of long-term placement and termination of DCF supervision for failure to comply with all of the conditions...
