This appeal arises out of a dispute between the Kenkhuises and the general contractor hired to make improvements to the dairy facility they lease. Henk and Linda Kenkhuis appeal the circuit court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the general contractor's insurer, West Bend Mutual Insurance Company.
