Michelle Hahn, surviving spouse of decedent Charles Hahn and former named beneficiary on insurance policies owned by Charles, appeals from a district court ruling that declared the policy proceeds were the property of Denise Chalupa, Charles's sister and the named beneficiary at the time of Charles's death. Because we conclude Charles changed the beneficiary designations on the policies in violation of a valid court order, we reverse the district court...
