Fontaine Diamond Sherman and Tremayne Scoggins were convicted after a jury trial of conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute more than 5 kilograms of cocaine and more than 50 grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. Scoggins was also convicted of using a communication facility to facilitate the commission of a drug offense, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). Sherman was sentenced...
