Mountain West Mines, Inc. ("Mountain West") brought suit against Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Co. ("Cliffs"), Power Resources, Inc. ("Power"), and Pathfinder Mines Corp. ("Pathfinder") arguing it is owed royalty payments on uranium production under a series of contracts between Mountain West and Cliffs.
