The defendant, Eaton Corporation ("Eaton") appeals a judgment denying its exception of prescription as to the claims of plaintiffs, George Pickett, Thaud Kierbow, Wilbur Shoemake, Jr. and Herman James. The district court found that because Webster Parish was a parish of proper venue as to Eaton at the time plaintiffs filed suit, their claims had not prescribed.
