This is a suit by Dennis Verhoff, against his former employer, Time Warner Cable, Inc. ("Time Warner"). Plaintiff, who suffers from severe eczema, a chronic skin condition, claims that Time Warner violated federal and state law by not accommodating his condition and by retaliating against him for asserting his rights. He claims that Time Warner violated the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.;
