In this contract dispute, Radiation Oncology Associates, Inc. (plaintiff or ROA), appeals from an order of the Superior Court denying its motion to appoint an arbitrator and granting Roger Williams Hospital's (defendant or hospital) motion to enjoin arbitration. Before us is the narrow issue of whether the parties intended to submit a dispute concerning the duration of their "RADIATION ONCOLOGY SERVICES AGREEMENT"...
