Kenneth Marshall, an inmate at Indiana's Miami Correctional Facility, alleged in a pro se complaint that the prison's superintendent, along with other unnamed prison employees, unconstitutionally deprived him of access to the courts by impeding his access to the prison law library. Before the superintendent was served with the complaint, Marshall filed what he captioned a "Petition To Amend Complaint And To Include
