ORDER GRANTING GOVERNMENT'S MOTION IN LIMINE

Before the Court is the Government's Motion in Limine filed on June 2, 2006. The Government seeks to exclude as hearsay certain non-verbal statements of the victim, Thomas BuffaloBoy, prior to his death. The Defendant filed a response in opposition to the motion.
