¶ 1. David Vandergriff pled guilty to the charge of armed robbery in the Circuit Court of Lee County on August 27, 2002. He was sentenced to a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with ten suspended, and five years of post-release supervision.
