Plaintiffs Charles Sims and Sandra Adams brought suit under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq. (1998) ("FDCPA"). They contend that the defendants intentionally overshadowed the required statutory notice to make it unnecessarily difficult to read and that the overshadowing and its effect are questions of fact for the jury.
