¶ 1 Carol Christiansen appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Union Pacific Railroad Company (Union Pacific), ruling that Christiansen's claim under the Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA) was barred by the applicable three-year statute of limitations.
