¶ 1 Appellant, Kevin Ryan Gordon, brings this appeal from the judgment of sentence to serve concurrent terms of twelve months of supervised probation, imposed after he was convicted following a nonjury trial on charges of possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of a schedule one controlled substance.
