Jose Maria Sanchez-Godinez was found guilty by a jury of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The district court1 imposed a sentence of seventy months. Sanchez-Godinez appeals, challenging the district court's ruling on a hearsay objection to out-of-court statements.
