On July 13, 1997, Freddy Flonnory and his co-defendant Korey Twyman shot and killed Angela Farmer and Danya "Duke" Adams. Flonnory was indicted, tried, convicted of first degree murder as well as other crimes, and sentenced to death in October 1998. He appealed to this Court.
