In this legal malpractice case, plaintiff appeals as of right the circuit court's order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) and (8). Plaintiff also challenges the circuit court's orders transferring this case to a different judge and denying plaintiff's motion for disqualification of the judge. We affirm.
