Bruce Wayne Hurley pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). The district court1 sentenced him to ninety months of imprisonment. Hurley appeals his sentence contending the district court misapplied United States Sentencing Guideline...
