Alaska State Trooper Kevin Kemp arrested Keane-Alexander Crawford for disorderly conduct and performed a search of Crawford's bag incident to the arrest. Criminal charges against Crawford were dismissed, and Crawford filed suit against the State of Alaska and Kemp alleging state law tort claims and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 constitutional claims including false arrest, false imprisonment, unreasonable search...
