This is an appeal by Michael W. Nutter (hereinafter "Appellant") from a decision of the Circuit Court of Jackson County regarding the Appellant's child support obligations. The order from which the Appellant appeals, entered April 24, 2004, held that the Appellant was entitled to a refund of $437.93 from the Bureau for Child Support Enforcement (hereinafter "Bureau").
