Defendant Lawrence Matthews pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine, contrary to 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(A), and carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking offense, contrary to 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
