On November 6, 2003, a federal grand jury returned a fourteen-count indictment against Albin Brenkus, Peter Macari, and seven other members (or prospective members) of a Chicago projectionist union, known as Local 110, on charges of arson and, in Brenkus's case, obstruction of justice.
