LANSING, Judge.

Michael Fisch was convicted of and was sentenced for two counts of lewd conduct with a minor. Subsequently, he filed a motion for sentence reductions and requested that the court authorize a psychosexual evaluation, to be conducted at Fisch's expense, for the court's consideration on the question of sentence modification. The court authorized the psychosexual evaluation but, due to various obstacles, the evaluation was not conducted for many months...
