Appellants, Ronald and Eloyease Lybrand ("the Lybrands"), appeal the trial court's award of attorney's fees to Appellee, Patrick Breeden ("Mr.Breeden"), for work he performed in defending the Lybrands' property from foreclosure. Mr. Breeden cross-appeals the trial court's failure to award attorney's fees on his open account litigation.
