On October 24, 1999, plaintiffs Antonia Verni and Fazila Baksh Verni were severely injured when a car driven by defendant Daniel Lanzaro collided with the car driven by defendant Ronald A. Verni. Antonia was two years old at the time of the accident. Lanzaro had spent the afternoon at Giants Stadium and at two bars after he left the stadium. He was intoxicated...
