OPINION

McHUGH, Judge:

¶ 1 Kimber Lee Ellison appeals the trial court's order granting Joshua D. Stam's motion to dismiss1 and revoking an ex parte civil stalking injunction issued against Stam. Stam cross-appeals the trial court's denial of his request for attorney fees. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
