Lessie Richardson, for herself and as personal representative of Frank Richardson1 (the "Richardsons"), appeals the denial of her objections to a foreclosure sale. We reverse for further proceedings.

Chase Manhattan Bank (the "Bank") filed a foreclosure action against the Richardsons in May 2000. The face amount of the mortgage was $76,000. Final judgment was entered on July 13, 2000.
