Raheem Calvin Kelly petitions for review of the September 7, 2005, order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying administrative relief from his maximum sentence date, which was calculated by the Board after Kelly was recommitted as a convicted parole violator. Kelly contends that in calculating his maximum sentence date, the Board should have given him credit for the time he spent in county custody prior to trial...
